| Supporting your son or daughter both prior and during exchange can be both exciting and daunting as a parent. |

Both students and parents will have many new and sometimes challenging experiences.
Parents will most likely have more questions and concerns regarding the exchange than their children, rest assured Rotary International has over 50 years experience of youth exchange and has developed training, procedures and policies to provide both parents and students with guidance and the tools necessary for a rewarding exchange for all concerned. |

| In preparation for their departure we address a range of topics which include but are not limited to travel; finances; insurance, health both (mental and physical), child protection, coping strategies, safety and emergency procedures and communication. Be assured the safety, health and well being of all our students is of paramount importance to Rotary. |
